Project Overview

This project represents an advanced application of SpinCasting, showcasing our team's ability to innovate and adapt to complex infrastructure challenges. It highlights our expertise in delivering creative, out-of-the-box solutions for even the most demanding rehabilitation projects.

Installed 54” tunnel liner plates within the existing 66” corrugated metal pipe (CMP) to reinforce structural integrity.
Grouted the annular space between the old CMP and the new liner plates to ensure stability and prevent voids.
Applied a 2” thick concrete lining using the Centrifugally Cast Concrete Pipe (CCCP) method (SpinCasting) for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish.
Extended the pipeline’s lifespan with a seamless, trenchless rehabilitation approach, minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency.
